Meet the 

 School Counselor 

My name is Jasmine Hewlett and I am the School Counselor at Linkhorn Park Elementary School.  This is my first year as a School Counselor in Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS;)  I recently received my Masters of Education in School Counseling from Old Dominion University.  Prior to working as a school counselor, I served VBCPS as an administrative associate for 4 years at a high school; and more recently served as an AVID tutor for 3 years at the middle and high school levels.

I am a Virginia Beach native and a VBCPS alum.  When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and two children, ages 3 and 5 .  I also enjoy going to the beach, being creative with painting, drawing, or DIY projects, and laughing.
