5th Grade Families: 

LPES rising 6th graders will register for middle school courses in January.  Students will explore their interest, learn about electives, discuss secondary and postsecondary academic and career options, and complete their academic and career plan through classroom core curriculum lessons.  Course request sheets will be sent home for parents to sign and return to LPES.

LPES students are zoned to attend either Great Neck, Lynnhaven, or Virginia Beach  Middle School.  Students can apply to attend Old Donation School , Home of the Edward E,Brikell Academy for Advanced Academies and Arts  or Plaza International Baccalaureate MYP Advanced Academy .  Each of these schools will announce information for upcoming events for our rising 6th graders and their parent(s)/ guardian(s) as the school year progresses.  The LPES counseling department will make the dates and times available to you as we receive the information.
