Components of

School Counseling

  • Collaborate with students, parents, administration, school staff, and community stakeholders, to ensure the needs of students are being met.

  • Advocate for students' development of the whole self,  so that students may maintain a healthy balance of social/emotional well-being while achieving their individual academic potential.

  • Provide multi-tiered systems of support and data driven interventions.

  • Provide direct services, such as: classroom core curriculum lessons, small groups, individual, parent/ staff consultation, and crisis intervention.

Individual
Individual

I am available to meet with students individually to discuss various topics.  Students can request to meet with me by speaking with me or their teacher , submitting a written request,  or submitting a request electronically (grades 4-5).  Parents and guardians  can also request that I meet with their child to discuss a concern by contacting me directly.
